A woman who once owned a popular soul food restaurant in Jackson plead guilty to manslaughter, but she won’t serve any jail time. Greta Bully, the former co-owner of Bully’s Soul Food Restaurant in Jackson, pleaded guilty to manslaughter Wednesday. Bully pleaded guilty to shooting and killing 65-year-old Larry Lee. The manslaughter charge, replaces her previous charges of first-degree murder, drive-by shooting and evidence tampering. The shooting was in April of 2020. Bully’s attorney, Dennis Sweet called the killing justifiable. In October 2020, he asked for all charges to be dropped.
