The Jackson police department's Ticket Arrest and Tow initiative, also known at TAT, has resulted in several felony arrests this week. The program involves setting up police checkpoints at various intersections throughout the city. Police check for things like valid driver's licenses and insurance. Those out of compliance are arrested and their vehicle’s towed. Arrests by law officers this week include: Antrell Johnson, who is charged with murder in connection with the Dec. 13 death of Kevin Taylor on Elton Park Road, Keshun Chamber was arrested Wednesday and charged with three counts of conspiracy and three counts of carjacking, which happened on Jan. 7th, Jan. 15th, and Jan. 28th. Rosemary Hinton, 59, was arrested this week and charged with domestic aggravated assault. She's accused of stabbing her boyfriend multiple times Tuesday on Lakewood Drive.
